Louisiana, Mississippi areas underneath inundate watch as Texas floods spread

Torrential rains in Texas that caused flooding that killed 16 people this week have widespread to southern Louisiana, withdrawal tools of that state and Mississippi underneath a peep inundate watch by Sunday morning, according to a National Weather Service.
