Germany moves closer to ‘foreigner’ Autobahn toll

The European Commission announced on Thursday that talks between a dual sides had done “very vast progress” and German Transport Minister Alexander Dobrindt pronounced there would shortly be an agreement that would move changes to a stream fee plan.
