Kerry: Provisional understanding reached on Syria cease-fire

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry pronounced Sunday that a “provisional agreement” has been reached on a Syrian cease-fire that could start in a subsequent few days, though he concurred that it’s not finalized and all parties competence not automatically comply. Kerry pronounced he discussed a terms of a cease-fire with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and pronounced a dual contingency now strech out to a hostile army in a conflict.

Kerry pronounced any understanding would take a few days to come together, while a dual sides consulted with other countries and a Syrian opposition. Russia had to pronounce to a Syrian supervision and Iran, and a U.S. had to pronounce to a Syrian antithesis and the partners, Kerry said.
