In Nov 2015, a Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH organized a foe on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for GIZ Alumni networks. 14 Alumni networks from all over a universe took partial in a foe and sent their innovative plan ideas with ICT methods or contents.
