This German barista could be a world’s best latte artist
Daniel Gerlach and his creations have prolonged transcended a normal artist’s board – a barista of coffee association Albert Karl oHG uses a foamy surfaces of his cappuccinos and cafeteria lattes to etch hearts, swans and coconuts.
The 27-year-old is Germany’s newly crowned German Latte Art Champion 2015 – and soon, he will be going to Shanghai, China to contest for a universe cup.
The 2016 World Latte Art Championship runs from Mar 29th to Apr 1st, hosting a tip virtuosos of a coffee craft.

At a age of 18, he finished his training as a cook in Würzburg, Northern Bavaria. He afterwards detected his coffee enthusiasm operative during a Swiss restaurant, wound adult as a barista in Würzburg – and a rest is history.
