A New Way to Chat with Fellow Conservatives

This isn’t just another web site. HiT represents a first-time entrepreneur wading into shark-infested waters – AKA the World Wide Web.

Entrepreneurs routinely fail, a notion that haunts me every time I plan a new article. So when a pair of fellow entrepreneurs approached me about their new product I did more than listen.

I decided to give it a try.

The project is Conversful, and it offers a new way to interact with fellow site visitors. See that globe in the bottom right corner of the page? That’s your portal to a new way to chat online.

Conservatives rarely gather at The Hollywood Reporter, Deadline or other far-left entertainment sites. Chances are they hunker down here to read the latest Hollywood news, though.

That’s where Conversful comes in.

Click on the globe and start a new conversation with site visitors. Just enter a topic and your first name (or the name of your choosing).

Or, you can join an already existing conversation. To do so, just open the app, click ‘Join Conversation’ and enter your first name.

Two quick notes:

• Conversful chats are one-on-one.
• The conversations happen in real time. If you post a topic and no one chimes in, the chat will disappear once you leave.

Conversful is only available for desktop or laptop computers, which makes sense since it’s harder to carry on a chat punching those tiny smart phone keys.

The site app is currently in its beta phase. Team Conversful is open to feedback on how it can better serve site visitors.
