Aladdin Hit A Box Office Milestone After Dethroning An X-Men Movie

From Friday through Memorial Day, Aladdin made $116,805,962. That put it well past the previous #5 on the list, X-Men: Days of Future Past, which had a four-day opening of $110,576,604 in 2014. That also put Aladdin just a hair behind Fast Furious 6. However, it was nowhere near the top three names on the Memorial Day weekend box office board — X-Men: The Last Stand, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, and #1, Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End.
