Disney’s Box Office Hit A Record $10 Billion In 2019, And That’s Before Star Wars

We’ve known for years that 2019 was going to be a big year for Disney. Two of the studios biggest franchises, Star Wars and the Marvel Cinematic Universe, were going to be having major releases which, by themselves, we knew were going to be big, and while the release schedule went through some realignment as we got closer to this year, that fact that 2019 was going to be huge never changed.
