Music breaks walls
“Tear down this wall!” When afterwards US President Ronald Reagan admitted those difference in 1987 in West Berlin there were still dual years to go before a Wall finally came down. The Dresden Symphonic Orchestra is now holding adult that ancestral interest and protesting again a wall, despite this time one that has not nonetheless been built. Together with Mexican and US musicians they will play a unison in a limit section on 3 June.
The opening will take place in Friendship Park, that lies in both Tijuana and San Diego, and they wish it will “be pitch opposite exclusion, racism and nationalism, and a pitch for farrago and openness.” At a same time, with a movement they are protesting “against Europe’s battening down a hatches, above all opposite a walls in people’s heads.”
The Dresden Symphonic Orchestra is job on people in a segment and worldwide to join them. Additional concerts and other informative events along a thousands of kilometres of limit between Mexico and USA are unfailing to make it a really noted and fastening festival day.
